What is the best point in time to work together?

The optimal time to begin is early – well before your next major initiative. Ideally, we collaborate on the establishment of your marketing plan for the next 6-12 months. Our process follows three-month increments: starting with a strategic workshop to define roadmap and scope, followed by a three-month chemistry phase proving concept, then scaling and optimizing efforts across a diversified channel mix, until ultimately inhousing established systems.

What is Mental Availability tracking?

Mental Availability tracking is our game-changing methodology parting with traditional models of brand tracking, outdated ideas of the marketing funnel or measuring uplift that provide little to no context on competitive scoring and future sales performance.

Mental Availability is quantified in multiple KPIs, most importantly, Mental Market Share measures the performance of your brand relative to competitors in the minds of consumers buying into your category. Mental Market Share and Sales Market Share have a statistically significant correlation.

Applications include: quantifying strengths and opportunities; selecting messaging points to reinforce or dial back; choosing audiences to target in media planning, measuring impact of social and more.
