As a Creator Marketing Manager, you will be leveraging your expertise to create impactful creator marketing strategies with macro influencers and creative concepts for different lifestyle brands that can achieve the desired results on an extensive scale.
- Creating and implementing engaging & successful creator/influencer campaigns and content ideas for different lifestyle brands across numerous social platforms
- Collaborating with the biggest creators/influencers and streamers on Instagram, TikTok, Twitch & YouTube
- Monitor the competition and be aware of market changes, developments and social channel specific content trends
- Ensure a superior quality of communication with our clients, partners and project delivery
- Plan creator/ influencer strategies and provide everything needed for client pitches
- Prepare creative content ideas based on current social trends and tailored to the needs and identities of our client brands
- Develop reports, summarize + present results of our analyses to stakeholders
- Prepare briefings, project plans, cost calculations and offers/negotiations for our creator/ influencer partners as a part of your responsibility in operational project management

- Positive work attitude and composure also in times of high growth efforts, you an outstanding communicator showing maturity and presence
- Agency Experience in Online Marketing is a big plus
- You are the go-to person for creative ideas and constantly on the pulse of time concerning trends on different social media platforms
- You are Digital-First and have an easy time displaying your initiative in person as well as through virtual communication tools
- You showcase strong awareness of our values and promote them effectively through your actions
- Agile mindset when it comes to feedback, continuous improvement, and learning
- Your mentality is hands-on and entrepreneurial; you know how to roll up your sleeves to deliver alongside your team
- You are comfortable managing analytical and organizational tasks. You look at data and can use it to roll out initiatives to improve campaigns.
- Fluent in German and English (both necessary)
